Chalk it up the first ever BlogFest 2010 in South Central Mindanao as another triumph of the SOCCSKSARGEN BLOGGERS. The circumstances are not always what I wished them to be. But here in more and more [bloggers] are so agitated in a new level of learning curve - the pedagogic of blogging.
